FIT TIPS

30 minutes a day, 5 days a week of moderate aerobic activity with strength training 2x per week. Remember to stretch to optimize joint range of motion and flexibility.

Stay hydrated. Drink at least 64 oz of water a day.

Eat! Not eating enough will slow down your metabolism and stall progress.
